Beachfront Luxury 2 Bedroom @ Wyndham Rio Mar, PR

Positive: We have stayed at both the Hotel with our time share and this Luxury 2 Bedroom. It's not any sort of comparison when comparing the two. Granted the Luxury 2 bedroom is more in gross price per night but net per night comes out far more reasonable give the square footage alone and this particular host and his home is amazing. If you're used to a luxury fit and finish in your current home OR you are treating the family this place is awesome. You have a private gated parking lot included, luxury kitchen with seating for 6 at the island alone, amazing bathrooms, private laundry inside the home, twin balcony's with views forever, direct beachfront, three pools, a hot tub and you still have access to the spa, restaurants, etc next door at the hotel. Honestly either is a great choice but as our kids get older and need their own space it would be hard to go back to the hotel once you've stayed here.

Positive: Condo was very modern and spacious. The pools were really nice. Walks on the beach were fun. You could also access many restaurants by foot or driving a very small distance. So much to do in Puerto Rico! Old San Juan, the rain forest, touring little beach towns was an easy drive. Had a blast! Negative: I'm a beach girl so we asked about getting beach chairs and the property said we had to give our driver's license in order to have beach chairs. We didn't want to do that (they wouldn't accept a copy) so we opted to just hang at the pool which was fine.

Had stayed in the same villas last year, but this unit was exceptional! Positive: The condo was exceptional. The kitchen was well-appointed (except for no dishwasher) even to the supply of containers to keep leftover food- genius! The lighting in all the rooms was well thought out. The huge sectional was so comfy and easily accommodated everyone. The nice touch of the blanket/throws on the couch and bed was so helpful! Also, there was an ample supply of beach towels! Had a wonderful time! THanks so much! Negative: A little more dish soap for a two week stay and softsoap in the bathroom and kitchen

Marvelous! We had a great time in a beautiful place. Positive: Very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Good location to go to the rainforest. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Awesome beach vacation. Positive: The place was very well kept and nice and everything was as described and the listing excellent host. Negative: That we had to leave.
